Ashish (Ash) is the Director and Founder of Oz Credit and Finance, trading as Triple O Finance with Nishant. Ash is highly skilled, multi-faceted & dynamic Director of OZ Credit & Finance Group. Ash is results oriented & solution-driven business entrepreneur in the Financial Services Industry. Ash’s specialisation in Residential Lending, Commercial Lending, Asset Finance and Investment Portfolio creation. Graduated with Graduate Certificate in Management, Bachelors of Justice Studies and Diploma in Mortgage Broking & Finance. Ash has a strong commitment to educating his clients on the benefits of evidence and research-based investment strategies with the partnership of experts in the industry.

Nishant has served the community in various roles within the Criminal Justice System for the last 14 years. Nishant founded Oz Credit and Finance trading as Triple O Finance with Ashish Shrestha, to assist hard-working members of the community to secure finance to achieve their financial goals.

Nishant specialises in Residential and SMSF Lending, Trade and Asset Finance. Nishant is skilled in Management, Leadership, Business Processes, Business Management, Negotiation and Policy, Compliance & Governance.

Shikha began her professional life in a Corporate Sector working as a Data Analyst for several years. Shikha’s motive to step inside the world of mortgage broking was inspired by her passion for numbers and her commitment to assisting hard-working families to build their property portfolios.

Shikha’s experience in analytics and her knowledge gained from her Bachelor of Commerce brings a new perspective to the way she guides her clients. Shikha has expertise in assisting the ‘First Home Buyers’ and Single parents to get the right solution with a consistently smooth and seamless process.

Shikha works with Accountants, Financial Planners, Real estate Agents, Lawyers, and other professionals, to provide the right solutions according to the client’s individual goals.
